In 2022, Lin was elected as the prime minister of Republic of Caelesta with the name "Tuyet", and served until President [[Connie Sarah]] declared the dissolution of Caelesta.<ref>{{cite web||title=The Early 2022 Caelestan Prime Minister Election has ended|url=https://caelestagov.wordpress.com/2022/05/08/the-early-2022-caelestan-prime-minister-election-has-ended/}}</ref> After the dissolution, she keep leading the Government-in-Exile of Caelesta, and soon decided to merge Caelesta into the [[Empire of Garrania]] as the Viceroyalty of Caelesta. She served as the Baroness Vicereine of Caelesta until the dissolution of Garrania on 24 May 2024.

Lin successfully completed junior high and high school in Athens.

She believes that the core elements of nation-building and governance in Gapla lie in the security and stability of its social and political systems, the development of infrastructure and technological innovation, and the advancement of culture and the arts.

Regarding specific topics, she believes that Gapla should develop a high-quality and comfortable infrastructure system, especially investing in city planning and construction, spectacles, and infrastructure of transport and information. She thinks that Gapla should attract investment for the cultural, creative, and retail sectors.
