The National Development Party (NDP) is a social corporatist and socially conservative party in the Federated States of Gapla. The party was founded by Noyan Erel and Connor Klinkosch in 2026.
History
National Development Party (2026 - Present)
The party was founded by Noyan Erel in 2026 as the National Development Party (DNP).
Ideology and platform
Economic Policies
The party wants to support low taxes and a welcoming environment for foreign digital businesses, encouraging investment, innovation, and international commerce.
The party wants domestic businesses to operate within a social-corporatist framework, bringing employers, workers, and the state together to coordinate economic priorities, working conditions, and social protections.
Immigration and Citizenship
The party wants to divide the world into citizenship application regions, with a fair allocation of opportunities across those regions. It wants regional processing arrangements to prevent applications from high-volume regions from overwhelming the system or crowding out applicants from elsewhere. Individual applications would remain subject to clear eligibility requirements.
Social Policies
The party wants to guarantee the right to food, clean water, social security, religious freedom, education, and rest and leisure. These guarantees reflect its belief that a stable society has responsibilities toward all its members.
The party wants to promote a conservative social outlook, emphasizing family, community, tradition, and personal responsibility. It wants gay, bisexual, and lesbian people to be free to live their lives, subject to the same expectations of respectful public conduct as everyone else. Sexual orientation alone should not be treated as misconduct.
The party wants transgender people to be able to live openly in society. It nevertheless wants access to sex-separated facilities, including restrooms and changing rooms, to follow biological sex rather than gender identity.
The party wants to permit abortion when the pregnant person is a minor, when the pregnancy resulted from rape, when it threatens the pregnant person’s life, or when the child is diagnosed with a serious disability. Outside these circumstances, it wants abortion to be prohibited.
