A Gaplan passport is an optional identity document issued to citizens of the Federated States of Gapla for the purpose of international travel. However, due to Gapla's limited recognition, the Provisional Government does not recommend international travel with the passport, although using the passport for international travel remains legal.
Gaplan passports are issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs with 5-year validity. The cost of issuance is 50 USD, and obtaining a Gaplan passport requires the applicant to submit a government-issued identification document. Although currently not issued, diplomatic passports are scheduled to be issued starting in 2026.
Gaplan visa
Non-citizens of Gapla—including e-Residents—must obtain a Gaplan visa from a diplomatic mission in order to enter the Federated States of Gapla. Visas may be issued by both diplomatic missions and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Visas have varying validity periods and—unlike passports—may be revoked by the Provisional Government at any time without notice.
Currently, Gapla does not waive visa requirements for citizens of any country.
