Lin is a Han Chinese with Hokkien origin, claims to have a royal ancestry of Shang dynasty, because she is a descendant of King Wen Wu Ding of Shang dynasty according to her family history.

Life and micronational activities

Lin was born in 2004 in Pingyang County, Wenzhou, Her parents are both teachers. Her father was a junior high school teacher, and her mother is a primary school teacher.

Lin spent her early years in Pingyang, and when she was 7 years old, she moved with her family to Hangzhou, the capital of Zhejiang Province. She attended primary school where her mother is a teacher.

She enrolled in a private junior high school in Hangzhou, but could not stand the school's treacherous social and studying environment and failed to graduate.

In 2019, she left Hangzhou and moved with her family to Athens, Greece. Moving to a new country and being exposed to a different cultural and political environment led her to further develop her interest in micronationalism. In 2021 and 2022, she formed the micronation of Yusienia.

In 2022, Lin was elected as the prime minister of Republic of Caelesta with the name "Tuyet", and served until President Connie Sarah declared the dissolution of Caelesta.[1] After the dissolution, she keep leading the Government-in-Exile of Caelesta, and soon decided to merge Caelesta into the Empire of Garrania as the Viceroyalty of Caelesta. She served as the Baroness Vicereine of Caelesta until the dissolution of Garrania on 24 May 2024.

Political positions

Lin supports the Xi Jinping's Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era.

She believes that the core elements of nation-building and governance in Gapla lie in the security and stability of its social and political systems, the development of infrastructure and technological innovation, and the advancement of culture and the arts.

Regarding specific topics, she believes that Gapla should develop a high-quality and comfortable infrastructure system, especially investing in city planning and construction, spectacles, and infrastructure of transport and information. She thinks that Gapla should attract investment for the cultural, creative, and retail sectors.

Regarding domestic affairs and civil governance, she opposes universal suffrage, advocating instead for a one-party dictatorship subject to public oversight and participation. She rejects the modern Western concept of freedom of speech, proposing instead the implementation of an appropriate censorship system to avert controversial topics and social conflict; such a system would aim to reconcile the differing perspectives between traditionalists and progressives, as well as between majority and minority groups, ultimately fostering social stability, cohesion, and unity.

She also advocated for Gapla to join the Balkan League of Micronations, establish a military force comprising army, navy, and air branches, acquire drones for use as tactical and strategic weapons, hold military parades, purchase or construct an official government residence for use by government members, and encourage Gaplan citizens to display the national flag at their homes.
