The Gaplan Representation Organization, commonly referred to by its acronym GRO, is a non-governmental organization sponsored by the Federated States of Gapla. The organization's goal is to support ethnic reconcilation, self-determination, and responsible policing in the Balkan region, in line with Gapla's interests, principles, and values.

It was founded in 2025 by Wyatt Baek, and its current president is Chelsea Chen, and is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization registered in the U.S. state of California, with plans to register as a nonprofit in Estonia, a member state of the European Union.
