The Gaplan Representation Organization, commonly referred to by its acronym GRO, is a non-governmental organization sponsored by the Federated States of Gapla. It was founded in 2025 by Wyatt Baek, and its current president is Chelsea Chen, and is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization registered in the U.S. state of California, with plans to register as a nonprofit in Estonia, a member state of the European Union.
