The People's Liberal Party (PLP), formerly the People's New Socialist Party (PNSP), is a center-left, liberal, and progressive party in the Federated States of Gapla.

The party was founded by Chelsea Chen in 2021. Micah Wolfensohn has been the party's leader and sole provisional governor since 2025.

The party opposes affirmative action and gun rights, and supports the criminalization of hate speech and the Nordic model approach to prostitution.
