In the Federated States of Gapla, a legacy Gaplan or a legacy citizen is a Gaplan citizen who is no longer active in Gaplan politics, particularly following the Danubian reformations of 2023, which transformed Gapla from a traditional micronation to a new country project by the Danube. Notable examples include Emma Bunnell and Renaldo Chang.
