Renaldo Chang (born 18 October 2008) is a legacy Gaplan politician who served as the 8th Deputy President of Gapla from 2023 to 2024 and as the Mayor of Folia Tail from 2019 to 2026. He is considered a legacy Gaplan due to his de facto retirement from modern Gaplan politics following the Danubian reformations.
