The Supreme Court of Gapla is a planned court that will be the highest court in the legislative branch of the government of the Federated States of Gapla.

The court is planned to have have five justices—one chief justice and four associate justices—who are planned to be appointed by the President of Gapla for life tenure in the event of a vacancy. The National Assembly of Gapla is planned to have the power to create additional courts, provided that they rank below the Supreme Court of Gapla.

While the court is currently dissolved prior to settlement and the Provisional Government's adjudicatory bodies temporarily hold judicial (as well as executive and legislative) power, it has issued several opinions in its capacity as Gapla's highest court—including notable landmark decisions of historical importance and establishing judicial precedent—prior to its dissolution during the Danubian reformations.

Shaun Madillo, Emma Bunnell, Kevin Bouge, and Scott Chiang served as chief justices prior to the court's dissolution.
