Amalia "Rosie" Battle Cordova (born 27 December 2008) is a Gaplan politician who has served as the 4th President of Gapla since 2025. She previously served as the 10th Deputy President of Gapla in 2025, and is currently a member of the Provisional Government, serving as the Minister of Public Relations.

Cordova was born in Manhattan, New York and was raised in Boulder, Colorado. She enrolled at Stanford Online High School after graduating from the Astra Nova School, an online school co-founded by Elon Musk on the campus of SpaceX, and learned about Gapla through fellow student Wyatt Baek. After her successful applications for citizenship and the Provisional Government in 2024, Cordova made significant advancements as the Minister of Public Relations, using her experience to help the country grow its press coverage, social media presence, and citizen engagement. In 2025, she became the Deputy President of Gapla following Connor Klinkosch's resignation, and became President of Gapla a few months later following Chelsea Chen's resignation, marking one of the fastest rises in Gaplan government in history.

An independent politician, Cordova is not affiliated with any political party and is often described as a centrist, depolarizing figure in the Provisional Government.
