Renaldo Chang (born 18 October 2008) is a legacy Gaplan politician who is currently the Mayor of Folia Tail and has served as the 8th Deputy President of Gapla from 2023 to 2024. He is considered a legacy Gaplan due to his de facto retirement from modern Gaplan politics following the Danubian reformations.
